Hello all of you,
My neighbor has just called the town to ask about my caring for children in my home. Today, my son was moving one of our cars with me in it and the husband came out with binoculars to see who was driving. The wife chased someone down our road that had bought our camper screaming at them that they had stole it. They built their house right across from our top drive they have cameras on their house that I have no doubt include my driveway. So, what can I do to stop this privacy violation?

There is nothing like slander in it. Regarding privacy violation, if you have proofs you can file a case against them.
