hello everyone,
i am a doctor at a hospital. recently, I have submitted medical bills to my ex for children's medical expenses. he made allegations that since I worked there and was responsible for the billing of these claims, that I had somehow manipulated them and he accused me of fraudulently billing. Do I have any recourse? plz help. thank you!
