My brother and his wife was arrested and being charged with Trafficing an illegal substance 2nd & 1st. But how would word 'Trafficing' be used for someone that has not left his home state? Is it the same as selling? does 2nd & 1st means this charge be for Marjuana? I really need some help from you guys as my brother can't hire any lawyer due to fianancial problems.

Your brother and his wife are facing Class C and D felony counts with mandatory prison time. If he can't afford an attorney, since they are facing felony charges, he'll be appointed one. They really need an attorney as this is a heavy supply charge.
