Hi all of you,
I have a question to ask from all of you i.e. if i failed to appear in court because I was truly sick and i even called the courtroom. Is there anything i can do to avoid spending overnight in jail when going back to court?

Though FTA is the unforgivable sin in the court system but it will depend upon the judge.
