Last week, a night I was driving a little fast. Well a cop spotted me and started to follow me with the lights and siren on. Unfortunately I did not see the cop behind as I was travelling fast and was gone out of sight before he started his pursuit. I went inside my home, the cops right outside my door. They came rushing in and I was immediately arrested. They asked me to do a field sobriety test. I am being charged with a Felony for evading with Motor Vehicle and a DUI. I had to place a bond of 10000 for the felony and 1500 for the DUI. The Judge in Jail asked was I a citizen but I am a non citizen and am here on a work visa with a US company. So, what is likely to happen me on my first court appearance? Will I get rearrested and put in Jail when they find out about my non citizen status?

You're in a serious situation. Even if the felony charge gets reduced to a misdemeanor, you're still looking at potential deportation in my opinion.
