Default alcohol analyzer law?

Hello all of you,
Is there any law for using a Intoxilyzer alcohol analyzer to check one's alcohol content, referring to how many times one can be tested in an hour? Also, how many times and time between test is the standard procedure?
Thank you,

You can be tested as often as they'd like. You can refuse to take the test, however, and depending on the status of law in D.C. this may or may not play against you.
