There is mold growing in the bathrooms, and in the back of our house. insurance company said it is not covered. there was a law suit against the builders earlier. the attorneys told me statue of limiatations had run out. Can i go after the realtor, who knew about the law suit as well as the family we bought the house from. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
