Default sawdust problems!
hello guys,
We live next door to a pellett factory and there is a severe sawdust problem in the air. We have called D.E. P. several times but nothing seems to get done. Do we have any legal standing against the owner for littering?

Call the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality at1-800-522-0206 or http://www.deq.state.ok.us internet address. try to get the EPA involved.
