Default mold infection..

Hello friends,
We own a trailor sitting on a lot in a mobile home park. The lot holds water. We have green-black mold growing in our window sills, door frames, and all the way up the trailor in the grooves of the siding. I pulled a piece of follage about two inches tall out of the floor inside the front door between the carpet and the tile. My 11-month old daughter has had respitory problems and we found out that she is allergic to mold. Please tell us if we do have any legal ground against the trailor park?

The care and maintenance of the trailer that you owns is your responsibility - including keeping it clean and free of things like mold and 'foliage' that isn't meant to be growing indoors. Call your county extension agent and find out who can test the mold to make sure it's not the fatal kind.
