Last week, I lent out our car to a guy but he is now refusing to give it back. Now i found that the guy has a criminal record. I met him yesterday but he peeled away with our car. I think the police will not help as it was not stolen it was lent to him. What you say all of you?

Try to insist the police to get involved as not returning a car is theft.
