I recently was receiving harassing phone calls on my cell phones. The numbers show on CID as restricted. I called the local PD and they tell me they can't do anything because I do not have the numbers. Can anyone inform me of a code(s) to enter into a cell to unrestrict these numbers? Is it my right to have my carrier give me these numbers since I am paying for a service?

Ofcourse, it is your carrier's duty to protect you from any harrassment. They must tell you or inquire about the harrassment you are receiving. If they don't cooperate with you, you must complain against them in police. Leave the rest for police to do any action.
