I recently received harassing phone calls on my cell phones. The numbers show on CID as Restricted. I called the local PD and they tell me they can't do anything because I do not have the numbers. Can anyone inform me of a code(s) to enter into a cell to unrestrict these numbers? Is it my right to have my carrier give me these numbers since I am paying for a service?
