Default asbestos attack!

Hello guys,
I started a project for a client of his remodeling business, but the house had asbestos in it. Does he have a case to get out of the contract and keep the advance, considering the homeowner did not disclose to me that there was asbestos in the house? I was potentially exposed to harmful asbestos fibers when I had to knock down the wall where the asbestos was found?
Thanks.

A person maybe probably can get out of the contract, and should be paid for the work. As far as failure to disclose, maybe he would have some type of claim. It would seem that between the homeowner and you, it is you who has the sophistication and knowledge to identify asbestos.
