Default how to refund for defected laptop?

Hi people,
I bought a laptop through a mobile computing program, but have had trouble with it ever since i got it. It is still sold for the same price on the manufacture's website. After repairs, the computer started billowing smoke and smelled of burning, and began to catch fire before I could power it off and unplug it. I am SURE this was the fault of the manufacturer. I just dont want the laptop anymore, even though they repaired it. What are my rights and how to approach this matter so that I may recieve a full refund for the price of the computer? Please help me to resolve this issue.
Thank you.

If you got a warranty, demand a replacement through the repair department that you have been using. Each repair extended the warranty as well. Or ask for a refund check! Tell them you don't want another pc from their company.
