hello guys,
I bought a new laptop in couple and is now out of warranty and the graphics card has failed. I researched the problem online and I have found many pages of people on numerous forums with the same model and similar models that are exhibiting the same symptoms and problems that I am having. ALSO, company already had a suit against them regarding similar problems. Would this be grounds for a class action suit against the company?
Can someone suggest me what to do else? Thanks....

Anything can be grounds for a class action lawsuit but from what you described, I see no merit for a class action lawsuit.
