long back, I had silicone breast implants. I registered for the class action implant litigation on time even though I had no problems at that time. but then my right implant showed some signs of discomfort. so, I have had several mammograms and at least two chest MRI's but was never informed of a problem. last year I have been diagnosed with MS and doctor said I need immediate surgery to have my right ruptured implant out. What are my legal options at this time? Do I have any recourse?

hi, as you didn't get notice of your injuries until fairly recently, you may have medical malpractice suits against those doctors.
