Default post op infection!

hi people,
after the operation of mine son, he got post op infection. Then, hospital lost all the records and on sicking the health department on them they suddennly refound them! during all this we suffered physical as well as mental strain alot. what action should i take against them?
anyone? thank you!

hello thomas,
it is nice to see that you complained to the right people. now it sounds as if you have a solid claim against the doc and the hospital, so don't delay! Seek the advice of a personal injury attorney who specializes in medical malpractice immediately!
