My son's classmate is accusing him of leaving a voice message on the cellphone threatening to kill him. The school guidance said he could not identify the voice as my son voice.
I requested the mobile phone company for a report of the calls made out of my son's cell phone. There is not such a call to that cell phone number during the time and dates.
now, my son told me that the principal is harrasing him.
Is this legal? What are my son's right?
Please help me understand.
