Default fake ID penalities??
hello guys,
my minor son has been wanting to buy a fake ID and intends to use it to buy cigarettes and to get into clubs. Does anyone know what the penalties are for using a fake ID to buy tobacco products etc.

tell your son that it is a FELONY to posess a fake ID.
