My minor son participated in spray painting graffiti but he was the one to get caught out of quite a few kids and they are charging him with criminal mischief for the same wall. Our son has never been in trouble before. please help us in any way you can. thankz!

i think an attorney might be able to argue down a portion of the damage so that he can only face a portion of the damage.
