Default minor sex at school.

hello there,
My niece is staying with me for few years and recently she informed me that a boy forced her to perform orally on him in school few months before. After requesting my child's records I found an incident report written by the assistant principal of the school saying that someone had witnessed the "act" and reported it to him. No one told me anything about this.
isn't the school responsible for telling me about this?

in such cases one or both juveniles could be charged for criminal acts, and could be suspended or expelled. the school would have been authorized to report the incident to law enforcement or CPS.
consult an attorney.
