Default self defence.

Hi everyone,
If a guy touches a girl inappropriately i.e. whatever you want to consider sexual harassment. Can a person be sued if he/she put some kind of force onto him in order to get him to stop?
thx.

If you use force to toss the guy away you could be arrested for battery even if your actions would be considered some form of justifiable use of force. It would depend on the specific fact set and the laws of that state. So, better report this matter to police.
