hello people,
my mother took my sisters kids on her arrest. the officer told her to bring them back or she would be arrested. he lied to her as his wife works for dhs and they are foster parents. actually, they have their own little franchise and the state pays them for every kid they have. isnt that conflict of interest or illegal? what can be done?
