hi people,
few years ago I got divorced. Ex got alot of inheritance that I claimed was seperate prop. My lawyer advised me that if we went to court the judge would have a different opinion. hence, I lost a good deal of the inheritance in mediation.
in the mean time, I have been to two lawyers and assured me that they could have gotten this inheritance saved for me.
How/can I go back into the system and have my attorney declared incompetent? any advice will be welcome.
