Default recourse????

I was involved in a custody battle with ex-wife who had pro bono representation from her attorney. now years after, the attorney's threaten me with criminal charges. I notified the Board of Bar Overseers that this attorney had participated in the fraudulent conveyence of assests and had suborned perjured testimony. I received a response that no action by that body would be forthcoming concerning my allegations. if I have objective documentation supporting my claims, and can testify honestly regarding threats made directly to me by this attorney which subsequently were acted upon in order to intimidate me, is there any provision in the law which permits me to file suit against the attorney? do I have recourse?

you should check with local counsel to be certain. If this was "years ago", you should consult soon to avoid losing your action to the statute of limitations.

he has no legal duty to you, so under the traditional model of malpractice, they can't be held liable.
