few of my relatives are contesting the sale to me after the death of my partner in an LLC. They opposes the operating agreement contract about determining the sale price. also, one of the relatives have hired a lawyer that used to represent me a few years ago. so he may be privy to a number of things I would rather him not. Can I complain about this?

if your ex lawyer knows anything about your private facts in your present case, then you must talk to the bar association.
