hello all there. My, Ex-husband and I have a child custody case, ex is so angry and full of hatred. He asks children to spy on me, tells them lies about me. recently he took them to his attorney. The kids said everytime they didn't say what the attorney wanted them to say he turned off the recorder told them to say like what they say to them.
Can he do that? Isn't this a big violation of ethics?

you must file a complaint against this attorney on this in the court. surely, court will take some action if your allegations found to be true.
