Hi all of you,
I hired a lawyer to represent me in a criminal matter, but he never use the information provided to him to help the case. Also, he was always late for court and never inform him until they got to court. I hiring a new lawyer and I want to know if i am entitled to get some of my money back from that lawyer?

You can file a fee dispute with the state bar, but your chances will depend upon your contract agreement with that lawyer.
