Hi everyone,
My daughter residing in NJ has been trying to finalize the estates of her late husband and her first born son. She has retained a lawyer who drag things out and handing over a huge bill but with no results. She is being taken advantage of and I need to know if there is a legal group or a state run agency that can rein in rogue lawyers?
