i met with an auto accident, the other driver had no driving license so he was arrested. i was injured and had surgery as well. to my surprise, my attorney did not serve him while he was in jail. Now we cannot find him. is this act of Legal Malpractice?

you can still find him or can say serve him via Publication though it will take more time.
