Default negligence/malpractice.

I have a problem with my attorney who is representing me in a suing case.
earlier, he said it looked like I had a good case and that he would gladly represent me on hourly rates but the case never made it to court because I was forced to settle for a low settlement amount.
My attorney was rarely in touch with me during all the years. when I ran out of money and couldn’t pay my attorney fees, he withheld my settlement payments.
I would like to know what I should do? plz give suggestions.
Regards.

hi, consult with a malpractice attorney to see if you have a case against your attorney and answer your questions with more detail.
good luck!
