from the last few months, my attorney has had to complete a Petition of some Settlement Agreemeent. I have been calling my attorney at least once a month to let her know I have yet to receive it. then, I received the Petition through email that is needed to be ammended. but till date, she hasn't sent the ammended Petition for me to sign. I have decided to file the Petition myself with the court, is it best for me to keep her name on the Petition or replace it with my name?
