Default wrecked car sold.....!!!

I bought a Honda car from a local dealer but a week later, I had a problem with the heat. I took my car in, and they made repairs on the car, and gave us an extended warrantee. now i m trying to sell the car for an SUV. We took it to a dealer but dealer tell the car had been wrecked, the paint job is awful on the spot it was repaired, and the welding is bad as well. The dealer is saying we have a very good case to sue the dealership. it's very hard to sell my car now. Would i get a complete refund on my car back, even though I've had it for few months?

Default

take the car dealer to the consumer courts. his license might get cancelled with some financial penalty as well.
