Hello guys,
Last year, I bought BMW from a local car lot. They told me that it had never been in an accident. Now when I am trying to sell it, I find it was in a "Severe Accident". I took it back to the company I bought it from and there is a new owner who is not taking any responsibility. The sales man that sold me the car is still there. Do i have any options?

If you have the 'never in an accident' claim in WRITING, then you surely have few options. Do you have it?
