Hello folks,
I signed a contract for my daughter to take art classes. i told the person that it was all contingent on my ex paying 1/2 of the monthly cost. i was told to go ahead and sign the contract. Same day, i told them that my ex was not going to pay and i could not afford to pay all of the cost. They says that i could not back out of the contract because i signed it. Can i still cancel and how long do I legally have to cancel the contract?
Please help me anyone. Thanx!

It was your mistake that you didn't introduce a clause for such a situation. I don't think you can do much here.
