Default finance co.- lemon?

A couple of years ago, I bought a car and the finance co. never sent me any paper work, billing statements or receipt of payments. They put my car in Bankruptcy, kept three consecutive car payments, not communicated with me at all, now repossesed the car again. I was going to pay the car off, but I do not even know the pay off amount! WHAT ARE MT RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER? They have concealed information regarding the car to their benefit.

Read your original contract. Filing for bankruptcy violated the terms of that contract. No contract means the creditor can pretty much do what they want.
