hi, My father was murdered by my brother. He is in prison awaiting trial. my mother is the beneficiary of the life insurance policy. She will most likely be arrested after my brothers trial as an accomplice. That would leave me and my younger brother to claim the life insurance. so, am I eligible to receive his life insurance as the eldest member at present in the family?
