hi guys,
i had an heart attack last month so I was in the ER and put onto a gurney. Before i was strapped on they raised the gurney up and attached 2-3machines. suddenly, the gurney flipped over and I hit the floor causing extensive bruising down my right arm, hip and leg. I could have gone into complete cardiac arrest because of the fall. please tell what recourse i have?
