my doctor is lying with me. My father was taking several kinds of Painkillers for his Cancer. he suffered from depression etc. my father house doctor said that my father never had depression. I know from the all the painkillers my father take, my father had side effects. Can I file a Medical Complaint against this doctor for lying to me. thank you......!
