Many years ago, my foot was badly crushed so I had a surgery and stitches. but for years, I had pain in my foot. a podiatrist told me it was a bunion and gave me a cortisone shot. recently, I found something blue sticking out of my foot and got the tweezers and pulled out a stitch. I am having the same problem again and I see another stitch in there. my doctor said it is infected and i need to go to a surgeon. For all these years, I have been in pain because of the surgeons fault. please tell what recourse i have?
