My mother was rushed to the hospital because of breath trouble. The doctor the insurance company sent said it was her heart. she had a catherization and dr told he would try to scope her through her mouth. For couple of days she bleed profusely from her nose. CCU nurses said it was from the oxygen. then we found she had coded blue and they never called us. she had emergency surgery to find the bleeding but she died. now we wana sue the Doctor but in the process my Dad died as well. The attorney's told us that there is no law suit now against the doctor since my sister and I are over 25 and my dad is no longer alive. Can someone help me?

you can still file a lawsuit on behalf of your mothers estate. Talk with a competent local attorney.
