My father had a cancer, after chemo & radiation Dr wanted to operate to remove esophagus. He had limited lung capacity so Dr said he could do it with less invasive surgery. it took longer than anticipated, and was in the hospital on ventilator for months until he died. Was dr negligent in doing procedure knowing other problems existed?
