my grandmother received the medical care and was prescribed a medication that caused retinal bleeding and loss of vision in one eye. The medication was prescribed for a kidney condition and the prescribing physician apparently did not perform the necessary followup or exams to detect/prevent. Has the statute of limitations expired?
