hello all,
My insurance company issued a provider, and after the paperwork I was sedated and operated on. but the dentist that did the surgery was not the one I asked for and now i am stuck with alot of bills that would have otherwise been paid. I signed a waiver beforehand, and now am having a bonesplinter or remaining piece of tooth migrating back out of my gums, causing much irritation and most likely further surgery. What can I do? Is there any legal action I can take against the dental office/insurance company?
