my wife i believe was misdiagnosed. my malpractice atty just informed me that 2 out of the 3 doctors won't give my atty. my wife's med. records.
what is the best course of action at this time?

you need to talk to the hospital authorities. if they cooperate than fine otherwise you can file case against them and also ask for the court fees etc.
