Default multiple lacerations??
hello friends,
i need to know if a doctor can be sued for multiple lacerations to the small bowel during surgery for small bowel obstruction and the patient became septic and died? thanks!

Possibly yes...!
Med Mal actions are very fact specific so personally contact a local attorney having expertise in malpractise cases.
