Default cosmetic surgery failure?

Hi everyone,
I undergone a cosmetic nose surgery. Doctor said he was going to do all these things, and I was fine with it. After all the swelling went down, my nose looked exactly as it did when I first walked into his office. He admitted that he was uncertain about some of the procedures and "held back" from doing things fully and he was disappointed of the results. He talks about another surgery to "fix his mistakes". If he charges me for a second surgery to "fix his mistakes", is this malpractice?

A reputable surgeon would not charge you again. You must talk to him and CLARIFY before going for another surgery.
