I was born with a club foot. I have undergone multiple sugeries to correct this deformity, but after each sugery a new problem seems to come about. Two sugeries ago I had a artery nicked by a screw causing an suto-aneurysm because it was placed too close to the vain.The last surgery, they took the metal plates out of foot and they were supposed to shave down a bone that was sticking out a bit, and I was told was going to be done, w/o the shaving of the bone it makes shoes hard to wear. Is there anything that I can make a case on this?

From your description, it does not appear that any damage resulted from negligence. Chances are that your optimal results have been obtained even if the results are not your desired outcome. Continuing surgeries will only lead to continuing problems.
