Hello everyone,
I need help from you as records withheld in a Malpractice case and now forced to proceed pro se. There is a hearing coming up on Defendant's motion to dismiss/summary judgement. I want to communicate to the judge that I made procedural errors because I couldn't get a lawyer because documents were withheld. Any ideas?

Just having records withheld may not be sufficient reason for a judge to listen to you. Unfortunately, a lawyer might have had other remedies for getting those records or for having sanctions placed.
