Default horrible experience!!

Hello guys,
Few months back, I had a c-section and was given epidural that didn't work. The doctor did the usual test and I said that I could feel it but he did this about 3x and each time I said I could feel it. With a tool, he pinch my leg and I said I could feel it. He said I should be able to feel some sensation and not pain. I told him that I could feel the pinch but not pain.

So they proceeded. My OB made the sliced and when it got to my right side, I felt the slice and a great deal of pain. I screamed, they tried to apply local but it was even more painful. I could feel each injection. I was screaming. They gave me general anesthesia.

Could I file for malpractice?

An epidural is less dangerous than general anesthesia. The use of an epidural allows your relative to be present during birth, not so with general anasthesia., so you opted for the less risky anesthesia but it didn't work, however you safely delivered and have a healthy child, thus no damages for a medmal lawsuit.
